This is a good demonstration with application of effective training as representative of the various national representatives. For with each, will then be experienced in their methodology to upon return to their respective national units. To then provide to their individual units, the fruits of their experience to then provide a foundation for improvement.
Perhaps through such mutual co-operations such as demonstrated, will go the learning curve to counter such events as we wish not to occur.
