thank you very very much for a wonderful explanation. The only thing - this zurek does not look like zurek which I am used to. Referring to carp, we do not fry carp, we broil it with parsnip. I wish I had a picture
Anyways, your Christmas eve looks delicious. I will let you know when I will post it

Whoaaaa !!!! That looks absolutely delicious. Made me hungry, that's for sure. Did I see some cooked or baked beans on the grill? What is in with the sauerkraut ? Never mind. Just ship the whole thing over here and we'll sort it out!!!! ;D ;D

Called pajda - bread chunk.
