Pawian...here is a tip for the caviar. Roll a cream cheese into a ball, then roll the eggs in the cheese. serve with crackers and champagne. (Crystall for when I come to visit)
I note you eat pretty well. I see quite a variety of things in your meal presentations tha aren't so ordinary on most tables. Lots of tropical fruits, today I see some anise (at least it look likes it and to me that is unusual for Polish table) Are you Polish or posing as one.

(Crystall for when I come to visit) Oops, as much as I like refine cooking, I cannot agree to this idea. It is sacrilege to mix fish eggs and cheese. Fish eggs must be served wioth food which doesn`t stiffle their taste, e.g. on white bread. Cheese is too strong. haha you slay me!!! hahahaha Come on, what did you expect, that we eat potatoes and drink tap water every day????hahaha Of course we like good cooking and then eating. But I don`t think it is something abnormal. Yes, we eat more sea food than average Poles who abhor such inventions as calamari or shrimp, let alone frog legs. But other things are so usual. I have always dreamt of eating exotic fruit. I couldn`t fulfill my dreams in communism, today I am making up for it hahahahahaha That`s not anise, I think you are talking about broccoli which we eat raw because it is so lovingly crunchy. We detest boiled broccoli and cauliflower. I am a Polish gourmet.

Here you are eating some roe/red caviar/fish eggs.....wow didn't think teachers were paid so well ;D This is salmon eggs which aren`t as expensive as original beluga caviar. They cost some money, yes, but not through the nose. As for teacher`s salary, you forget that I am not an average teacher.... hahahahahahaha

Well I have never had the red but have had the black which are salty and the cream cheese cut sht esaltiness and this is served more for an appetizer.
Now next to the two pieces of broccoli in the dish next to bottle of wine (?) what is that . Does not look like broccoli to me but then maybe endive???
Rooster...... 1, 2, 3, 4 = rooster on the very right...remember using my imagination. Now do you see it ...3 behinds or maybe it is a chicken??? (they do say it tastes like chicken but I will never take that taste test).

Apart from already presented here are our next favourites in sea food: Mussels in various sauces, e.g. garlic butter sauce. Fish Lemon fish, fried Salmon, fried - brown and crunchy Kerguelen - yummy!!! Sometimes we experiment and buy exotic sort of fish whose name is soon forgotten but taste remains with us for long. Does anybody know the name of this fish?

Oh, I just don`t know the taste of cream cheese, we don`t use such things in Poland. Yes, fish eggs are salty but that`s how it should be. Yes, it is endive. Another crunchy vegetable which never ceases to occupy the shelf in our fridge. Never!!! OK, I believe you hahahahahahaha Amphibian legs look and taste like chicken but are more delicate... especially those you catch yourself!!! hahahahahaha

I don't see any lobster tail (my favorite) There is a lot of cheesecake in Poland but we were talking about cream cheese, that`s something different. By cream cheese I mean this jar of cheese substance which you put into a microwave and then pour onto a dish as a topping, especially on broccoli yuk! Am I right??? Lobster was eaten when I didn`t have a digital camera. I would have to scan pictures but I won`t as I believe that you believe me?? hahahahahaha

No this is the cream cheese I am talking about and when ever soemone says cream cheese this is always the one they are speaking of even though there are many other soft (cream) cheeses. We usually spread on bagels (most popular) or use to make cheesecakes ans sometimes dips for crackers, chips. www.kraftfoods.com/philly Oh...most definitely!!!!! ;D ;D ;D
