rdywenur,
When was you last trip to Poland? What cities did you see, with the bad bus stops? I was there in April 2007, and this was not the case. Please answer my questions. This is not the case here in Valparaiso, either. I guess this is not so bad a place after all. This must be a New York thing.

Probably not. They make nice bus stops here and then a few months later they are usally covered with graffitti or the sop is missing the plexi glass windows. Or maybe it is different in Poland? Well, it depends. I saw awfully devastated new stops and perfect shiny ones which had been there for a while. I think it is a matter of luck for such a stop - either it is approached by vandals or not.

Sorry I didn't check- the weather is just awful- snow and rain . But the possibility that we have such a thing in Warsaw is rather small.

ioana,
It is around 30 F here today, the last few weeks have been around 40 to 65 F, but no new snow. Today is nice, I am going for a ride to our next state, of Michigan. Have a great day.

wikimapia.org/1823169/pl/This Morskie Oko park is very big, so I wrote "part" to let you all know I didn't finish this topic. I went to west side of park. So pictures are only of that side..... Yes, everything is a part of Warsaw- if it weren't I would write. "Part" means also that this is just a part of Pu³awska - what you can see standing on the corner Pu³awska and Willowa.

ioana,
With that kind of cold, it is best to put a log in the fireplace, and get a good book, and stay at home. That's for the weather report. Keep it up.
