I received very disturbing sick video images of mass slaughter by a Polish friend. It showed massacred Ukrainian soldiers, large columns of destroyed trucks, armoured vehicles and cars and vans. Russian solieders throwing the corpses of killed Ukrainian soldiers on the ground, some badly mutitated. It is a brutal war. A large Russian force is moving to Kyiv. I also saw a Russian missile hitting a civilian apartment building in Kiyv.

The Dutch NOS broadcast corporation reported that that the British Ministry of Defense says the main force of Russian troops heading for Kiev has 30 kilometers to go before it reaches the center. That is where President Zelensky and his staff are known to be. The Ukrainian troops are offering strong resistance, according to British intelligence.

According to the British, the Russians still have no control over Ukrainian airspace. That would seriously reduce the effectiveness of the Russian air force.

Also, according to the ministry, the number of Russian victims is probably high and greater than the Kremlin had expected and admits.



Chechen fighters will go to Ukraine to fight for Russia



The leader of Russia's Chechnya region says he has deployed his fighters to Ukraine to join battle with Russian troops.

In a video posted online, Ramzan Kadyrov said Chechen forces had so far successfully captured a Ukrainian military facility without suffering any casualties.

The leader of the southern Russian republic is a key ally of the Russian president.

Justifying the invasion, he says Putin's decision to attack Ukraine will prevent Moscow's enemies from using the country to launch an attack on Russia.

Chechen fighters loyal to Kadyrov have a notorious reputation and stand accused of human rights abuses.

The Netherlands to supply 200 Stinger missiles to Ukraine

The Netherlands has agreed to ship 200 Stinger air defence missiles to Ukraine as quickly as it can, following a request by the Ukrainian government, the cabinet has agreed. ‘There was a careful but, given the circumstances, shortened check to make sure this meets weapons exports criteria,’ foreign minister Wopke Hoekstra and defence minister Kasja Ollongren said in a briefing to MPs. The Stinger can be used against planes and helicopters at a range of up to five kilometres. The Dutch army has two types – a portable one fired from the shoulder and once which can be mounted on an armoured vehicle. Last week ministers agreed to a request to provide sniper rifles, ammunition and protective gear such as helmets and mine detection systems. Some of that was shipped on Saturday morning, ministers said.

The first man holding the camera jokes that the man in front of him wielding the Main Battle Tank and Light Anti-tank Weapon (MBT LAW) is 'The general'. Then he says that the Russians are/will pay for every teardrop. Then he swears to never speak Russian again after the war. It is an Ukrainian soldier, but he speaks Russian. Almost all what he said are curses and insults towards the Russian soldiers. In the west of Ukraine every 3th man speaks Russian. Ukrainians are 2-languages people. It doesn't matter to them, what language other Ukrainians speak. Often Ukrainians speak Ukrainian, but almost always write in Russian. They are bilingual.
